10. Delivery Delays and Concerns

Customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather, incorrect addresses, seasonal demand, and other transportation circumstances may affect delivery.

If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, your parcel appears lost, or tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, contact service@uneriae.com. Include your order number and relevant tracking information.

We will review the available details and assist with an appropriate resolution. A claim will not be rejected solely because the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered.

11. Returns

You may request a return for an eligible product within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For standard returns, items should generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by original packaging and supplied accessories where applicable.

Contact service@uneriae.com before returning any product. After reviewing and approving an eligible request, we will provide the appropriate instructions and return address.

Do not send products to our business address unless our support team specifically directs you to do so.

Uneriae does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns made in accordance with that policy.

Although orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, this period is not a guaranteed cancellation window. Fulfillment may already have started when your request is received.

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled as an unshipped order. Eligible returns after delivery will instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.
